With over 55 acres in Oregon's beautiful Applegate Valley\, Sanctuary One provides a safe place for animals and a healing place for people while promoting environmental stewardship. During the four-hour retreat\, teachers from Rasa Center for Yoga & Wellness will lead you through a gentle flow yoga class followed by guided meditation with the intention to deepen your connection to nature. Yoga on the beautiful grounds of Sanctuary One is the perfect channel to offer our gratitude to earth and all its creatures\, while recommitting our stewardship to the earth which sustains us all.\n\n\n\nInstructor\, Mariane Corallo is the founder and managing director of Rasa Yoga Center in Southern Oregon. Mariane has spent much of her life in the outdoors\, mountain climbing\, backpacking\, skiing\, kayaking making the natural world her personal yoga studio. She has been practicing\, studying and teaching yoga for over 12 years. \n\n\n\nOur special Farm Flow: Breast Cancer Yoga Retreat will offer strong\, logical\, purposeful sequencing\, and will ask you to engage in conversation with yourself and your body. You will be asked to find your edges\, and possibly make some new ones\, while allowing yourself to reconnect the mind and body through breath and movement.
