Patsy is the highly respected president and owner of KOBI-TV and parent company California Oregon Broadcasting Inc. (COBI)\, a female rarity in the broadcasting business.\n\nCOBI is the longest continuously operated independent broadcasting organization in the West. Its holdings include television stations serving California and Oregon and a digital video production company\, Pilot Rock.\n\nIn November of 2024\, Patsy was honored as one the Giants of Broadcasting & Electronic Arts by the Library of American Broadcasting Foundation in New York.
