Bacon and Barrels

Born from the “Bacon and Bourbon festivals” around the nation… the Jackson County Expo and Ubhill One Concessions have initiated the first-ever Bacon and Barrel event in Southern Oregon! This new event offers participants’ extensive bacon sampling, distilled spirit samples, whiskey lectures, bacon-inspired appetizer samples, live entertainment AND on Saturday, a full bacon Bloody Mary bar!

Each of the sessions will have it's own unique "flavor" so choose your Session wisely!

Friday Evening: will feature a tournament-style competition where bartenders from around the valley bring their skills to create the most extraordinary drinks possible. A panel of judges will ultimately select the best drink. Customers will be able to sample up to 5 drink selections from the Expo provided samples and up to 5 samples from each of the other four distilled spirit distributors that will be present.

Saturday Evening: Date Night for Bacon and Barrels, “For the Love of Bacon” bring that special someone and enjoy the evening.
