We are proud and excited to announce our first ever Daffodil Society Golf Tournament to benefit the Family Nurturing Center. It will be held on Friday, June 18, 2021 at the beautiful Eagle Point Golf Course! With your support, this event will become a much-anticipated annual event!
The Family Nurturing Center (FNC) began as a relief nursery in 2006 and has continued to expand its many services to families. As we have grown, so has our impact on Southern Oregon’s most vulnerable population. FNC has become an umbrella under which we hold thirteen different programs. We reduce everyday stressors for parents by providing concrete needs, parenting classes, and programs that teach sustainability and resilience. Our staff is deeply committed to our mission statement of strengthening families so that children can live safely and develop fully in their caregivers’ care.
2020 has been quite a year and FNC has responded to COVID-19 and the wildfires that devastated our valley. Annually, we serve about 1200 families, but just since April that total is more than 3,000 families! Your support of our golf event will make it possible for us to continue to provide these life-changing services to children and families in Jackson and Josephine Counties.
