Freedom Festival in the Park
The Central Point Chamber of Commerce Freedom Festival is a family tradition and destination of choice for families throughout the Rogue Valley, thanks to our member, sponsors and the City of Central Point!
Something for everyone
The Fourth of July is more than a parade or festival. It’s a gathering of people celebrating our independence through a variety of activities. The day begins at 6:45 am, with a pancake breakfast hosted by the Boy Scouts Crater Lake Council, followed by a 5 k and fun run sponsored by the City of Central Point Parks and Recreation Dept and pre-parade activities along the parade route. The Parade begins at 9:30 am, with over 82 entries from floats, bands, car clubs, equestrian entrants and other visual treats. Immediately after the parade, the Festival in Pfaff Park includes free kids activities, live music, food vendors and artisan booths.
