Scarecrow Making Event at Hanley Farm!
Saturday, October 3 or Sunday, October 4, make a scarecrow at Hanley Farm safely, in accord with Phase 2 Covid guidelines.
Arrive at the Farm 11am to 4pm, purchase your traditional scarecrow kit, and then you’ll be escorted to a freshly disinfected table. When you complete your scarecrow, enter it in the scarecrow contest. You may be a winner! Upload a photo of your scarecrow to http://sohs.org/scarecrows2020 by October 8. Voting is October 9 to the 16, after which winners will be announced online. For voting information, visit www.sohs.org.

Fees/Admission
Traditional- and hanger-scarecrow kits are available this year, and contain all you’ll need to make your scarecrow. Traditional kits are $15 for non-SOHS members, and $10 for members. Hanger kits are for “take home” only, and not to be assembled at the farm; $10 for non- members, $7 for members. You can purchase your hanger kits, as well as traditional kits to assemble at home, October 3 and 4, 11am to 4pm. We’ll see you at Hanley Farm!
