TURKEY! TURKEY! Do you wonder whether to stuff your turkey or to cook the stuffing separately? Is there a way to buy the turkeys at great November prices and then use them later in the year? Come to this turkey class. We will talk about cooking turkeys using a whole bird or Julia Child’s deconstructed turkey method. We will talk about how to cut up a whole turkey into steaks and meal sized portions for the freezer and year round use. Special companion dishes will be shown with recipes for everything. Please note that we will not discuss smoking or deep fat frying turkeys.
