This program will explain what a neighborhood watch is and how it functions. You will gain an understanding of the following:
How to organize a Neighborhood Watch and generate interest
What to safely do in a variety of situations
What is a Block Captain?
What is suspicious activity or behavior?
You will learn how to report what you see
What is a 911 Center and how a Neighborhood Watch fits in
The instructor will provide handouts as reference materials and much more information.
