We all know entrepreneurship comes with endless decisions\, competing priorities\, and the pressure to constantly keep up. Drawing on psychology\, stress research\, and a 16-year career in behavioral health\, Kristin will help us understand why overwhelm happens and how it impacts the way we think\, prioritize\, and get things done. \n\nKnown for her hands-on practical strategies\, reflection\, and conversation\, you will learn how to quiet the mental noise\, identify what truly deserves your attention\, and stop letting overwhelm dictate your day.
