Winter Wine Dinner
Join us for our inaugural Winter Wine Dinner! Chef Boots and the team have curated a 4 course food and wine pairing to delight your senses (3 main courses plus amuse bouche, each with a wine pairing). This event will follow a similar format to the Harvest Dinner but focus on winter delectables. A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to Ashland High Volleyball to help the team with travel and equipment expenses. The menu for the dinner is listed below. Seating will be family style but we are happy to seat you next to your friends and family. Tickets are $75 per person and include both the meal and wine. Wine and Food Menu
-Amuse bouche - smoked steelhead, dill and caper whipped chèvre pocket paired with our ’22 Viognier
-First course - mixed greens, candied pecans and bleu ricotta with a cherry/balsamic vinaigrette paired with our ’11 Dunbar Red
-Second course - braised boneless beef ribs, creamy polenta and beet purée paired with our ‘09 Claret
-Third course - cranberry tart with preserved lemon whip paired with a sparkling wine.
